Registration is now available using the web-based registration form with online payment on a secure website. Please use one form per attendee. @Firefox users: the registration may not work properly in Mozilla Firefox. If so, please try switching to a different browser.
Author registration: At least one author of each accepted paper must register to ensure that it is included in the conference program and the proceedings. The deadline for author registration is August 11, 2025. Papers that do not have an associated registered author by this date will not be included in the proceedings.
Conference registration: includes all conference sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, and the social event from 15 September 2025 to 19 September 2025.
Workshop registration: the workshop registration includes lunches, coffee breaks, and the sessions on the workshop day on 15 September 2025.

Invitation letters
To request an invitation letter for visa purposes, please complete your registration for the conference and then send an email to office.isec@tugraz.at with the subject line: [RV25 Visa Invitation Letter]. Your email must include the following information:
- Name and address of your embassy
- Full Name (as in passport)
- Nationality
- Place of birth
- Date of birth
- Passport Number
- Passport validity period
- Organization/Affiliation
In the event that your visa application is unsuccessful, please notify the Program Committee Chairs by email. In such cases, your registration fee will be refunded.
